•$60,000 annually, based on experience About the Role Core Personnel Staffing is hiring a Project Coordinator to support operations at our Arlington, TX facility. This role is essential for maintaining strong day-to-day execution, leadership coverage, and high-quality performance within a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Provide daily leadership and oversight to ensure operational goals are met Transition seamlessly between supervisory duties and hands-on floor support Maintain strong communication with internal teams and leadership Ensure processes are followed and performance standards are consistently achieved Perform physical, hands-on tasks during peak periods or downtime Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of management or leadership experience Process-driven, hands-on leadership style Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Reliable transportation and strong attendance/punctuality Valid driver's license Work Environment Non-climate-controlled facility Significant walking and standing for extended periods Fast-paced, high-volume production setting Schedule & Flexibility Night shift: 6:30 PM
