What You'll Do Lead safe and efficient plant operations, ensuring the production of high‑quality precast products. Implement and sustain the company safety program, including employee training, facility audits, and the development of safety procedures. Coordinate all plant activities with department managers to meet production goals on time and within budget. Oversee maintenance and preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and facility performance. Monitor and manage plant performance related to production output, quality standards, labor utilization, and operating costs. Maintain plant facilities and equipment, recommending repairs, replacements, or upgrades as needed. Provide leadership, coaching, and development to production personnel, promoting safety, organization, and continuous improvement. What You'll Need Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Excellent planning, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Working knowledge of industrial equipment and manufacturing processes, including process‑improvement methods. Experience with concrete batch design; ACI certification preferred.
