• Responsibilities
• + Provide leadership and supervision to assembly technicians. + Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting in monitoring and diagnosing equipment problems. + Provide support for testing and commissioning service for equipment. + Assist in equipment failure analysis evaluations. + Travel to customers site to supervise and execute field service jobs.
• Requirements
• + High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Minimum 4-year experience in industrial and /or utility power + Excellent mediation and customer service skills to resolve issues efficiently while balancing technical constraints. + Knowledge of customer specifications, particularly in relay protection, control systems, and associated MPAC project requirements. + Knowledge of industry electrical standards.
