In this role, you will oversee a team of approximately 10 employees within the company's production department. This role would suit a Production/Manufacturing Supervisor from any industrial manufacturing background who is looking for new industry training, long-term stability and progression into operations management.

The Role:

Supervise and develop a production team of approximately 10 employees Oversee daily production, workflow, quality, safety and delivery performance Receive full training in specialist manufacturing industry Drive continuous improvement while progressing toward an Operations Manager position
