Masonry Foreman

Blueprint Search Group is recruiting an experienced Masonry Foreman for a well-established, family-owned commercial masonry contractor with a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and long-term employee retention. Position Overview The Masonry Foreman will oversee field crews and daily job site operations on commercial masonry projects. This role is responsible for ensuring productivity, quality, and safety while coordinating closely with project managers and general contractors. Responsibilities Lead and supervise masonry crews Coordinate daily work activities and manpower Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications Ensure work is completed on schedule and to quality standards Maintain compliance with all safety requirements Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site Communicate with project management and other trades Qualifications Extensive masonry construction experience Previous Foreman or crew leadership experience Strong knowledge of commercial masonry methods and materials Ability to read and understand construction documents Proven leadership and communication skills Commitment to safety and craftsmanship About the Company Our client is a family-owned commercial masonry contractor recognized for delivering high-quality work throughout Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic region.
