- About the Role
- As a
- Test Supervisor
- , you will lead a team within a production line to ensure the efficient execution of manufacturing and testing processes. You will play a key role in achieving
- production targets, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing operational performance
. Key Responsibilities+ Lead and oversee daily production and test operationswithin a manufacturing environment + Ensure production schedules meet demand planning, volume targets, and inventory levels+ Monitor and enforce: + Safety standards + Quality requirements + Production procedures and workflows + Allocate and manage team resourcesto meet production goals efficiently + Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives+ Recommend equipment and process improvementsto increase efficiency and output + Lead the resolution of critical product and equipment issuesin partnership with internal teams + Drive Lean manufacturing practices, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and process optimization + Maintain clear communication across Production, Engineering, and Operations teamsSchedule & Work Environment+ Primarily an off-shift position+ Flexibility required for training on alternate shifts+ Potential overtime based on production needs + PPE required:Steel-toe shoes (light industrial environment) Qualifications+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field+ 3+ years of manufacturing experience OR•+ Associate degree + 5+ years of related experience •OR•+ High school diploma + 7+ years of relevant manufacturing experience •Preferred Experience•+ Experience leading teams in a •manufacturing or electrical environment•+ Knowledge of •electrical equipment, power systems, or industrial production processes•+ Experience with •SAP or ERP systems•+ Background in •production supervision, testing operations, or manufacturing leadership•Core Competencies•+ Strong leadership and team development skills + Ability to drive •production performance and operational efficiency•+ Advanced •problem-solving and root cause analysis•+ Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration + Continuous improvement mindset (Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, process improvement) •Pay Details:
