  • , you will lead a team within a production line to ensure the efficient execution of manufacturing and testing processes. You will play a key role in achieving
  • production targets, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing operational performance
  • .
    • Key Responsibilities
    • + Lead and oversee daily
    • production and test operations
    • within a manufacturing environment + Ensure production schedules meet
    • demand planning, volume targets, and inventory levels
    • + Monitor and enforce: + Safety standards + Quality requirements + Production procedures and workflows + Allocate and manage
    • team resources
    • to meet production goals efficiently + Identify process gaps and implement
    • continuous improvement initiatives
    • + Recommend
    • equipment and process improvements
    • to increase efficiency and output + Lead the resolution of
    • critical product and equipment issues
    • in partnership with internal teams + Drive
    • Lean manufacturing practices
    • , including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and process optimization + Maintain clear communication across
    • Production, Engineering, and Operations teams
    • Schedule & Work Environment
    • + Primarily an
    • off-shift position
    • + Flexibility required for
    • training on alternate shifts
    • + Potential overtime based on production needs +
    • PPE required:
    • Steel-toe shoes (light industrial environment)
    • Qualifications
    • + Bachelor's degree in a
    • technical field
    • + 3+ years of manufacturing experience
    • OR•+ Associate degree + 5+ years of related experience •OR•+ High school diploma + 7+ years of relevant manufacturing experience •Preferred Experience•+ Experience leading teams in a •manufacturing or electrical environment•+ Knowledge of •electrical equipment, power systems, or industrial production processes•+ Experience with •SAP or ERP systems•+ Background in •production supervision, testing operations, or manufacturing leadership•Core Competencies•+ Strong leadership and team development skills + Ability to drive •production performance and operational efficiency•+ Advanced •problem-solving and root cause analysis•+ Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration + Continuous improvement mindset (Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, process improvement) •
    Pay Details:
    • $38.
