Join a growing national manufacturing and logistics organization What We're Looking For 3-5 years in manufacturing or production operations 2+ years of leadership experience as a Production Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Manufacturing Lead, Shift Supervisor, or similar leadership role Experience leading bilingual English/Spanish production teams strongly preferred Strong leadership and team building skills. Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the production floor Working knowledge of OSHA standards and safety compliance Comfortable using Microsoft Office and production-related systems Flexibility during peak operational periods What You'll Do Lead and coach production teams. Oversee CHEP pallet repair operations. Drive safety, quality, and production goals.
