Virginia Beach, VA, 23454 About the Role This role is intended to replace and strengthen prior production management responsibilities. We are seeking a strong field leader capable of taking control of manpower, production, accountability, and communication across multiple active projects and crews. This is not a passive superintendent role — we need someone who can wrap their arms around the entire field operation and drive higher production, stronger communication, and better accountability. Primary Responsibilities Oversee daily field production across multiple crews and projects Manage foremen, labor teams, and subcontractor coordination Drive accountability, urgency, and production standards Conduct site visits, inspections, and production tracking Coordinate scheduling, manpower allocation, and operational priorities Ensure quality control and customer expectations are being met Maintain strong communication between field and office operations Assist with training and enforcing operational procedures Identify inefficiencies and actively correct them Maintain jobsite professionalism and organization Requirements Fluent Spanish and English communication skills Strong construction production management background Ability to lead large field teams Multifamily renovation and service experience strongly preferred Must command respect while maintaining operational control Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-moving environments Highly accountable and production-driven mindset
