Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in agricultural production, is seeking a dedicated Soybean Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Soybean Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Soy Bean department. This person would be on day shift.

  • Soybean Production Supervisor
  • Pay Range:
  • $90,000 - $115,000
  • Location:
  • Chesapeake, VA 23323
  • Will provide relocation
  • What's the Job?
  • + Support daily operations that drive efficiency and profitability within the soybean crushing facility.

+ Lead and manage production activities, ensuring processes run safely, reliably, and in alignment with quality and performance standards.

+ Guide team members through training, development, and performance management to foster a high-performing workforce.

+ Monitor production goals, optimize workflows, and partner across teams to maintain consistent output and operational excellence.

+ Oversee safety, environmental compliance, and routine maintenance programs to ensure a safe and sustainable work environment.

  • What's Needed?
  • + Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Chemical Engineering, Management, or Business; or 5 years of management experience in lieu of degree. +
  • Someone with strong management experience in on of the following area(s) is a FIRM requirement
  • o•Milling, Extraction or Grain Handling•+ Understanding of manufacturing technologies and safety programs.

+ Knowledge of environmental compliance requirements.
