Job Description
Our client, an industry leader in agricultural production, is seeking a dedicated Soybean Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Soybean Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Soy Bean department. This person would be on day shift.

- $90,000 - $115,000
- Location:
- Chesapeake, VA 23323
- Will provide relocation
- What's the Job?
- + Support daily operations that drive efficiency and profitability within the soybean crushing facility.
+ Lead and manage production activities, ensuring processes run safely, reliably, and in alignment with quality and performance standards.
+ Guide team members through training, development, and performance management to foster a high-performing workforce.
+ Monitor production goals, optimize workflows, and partner across teams to maintain consistent output and operational excellence.
+ Oversee safety, environmental compliance, and routine maintenance programs to ensure a safe and sustainable work environment.
- What's Needed?
- + Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Chemical Engineering, Management, or Business; or 5 years of management experience in lieu of degree. +
- Someone with strong management experience in on of the following area(s) is a FIRM requirement
- o•Milling, Extraction or Grain Handling•+ Understanding of manufacturing technologies and safety programs.
+ Knowledge of environmental compliance requirements.
