SUMMARY The Wire Shop Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Wire Shop while ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals are achieved. This position provides day-to-day leadership to Manufacturing Leads and Technicians, supports employee development, and works closely with Manufacturing Leadership to improve processes, maintain customer requirements, and meet production schedules. The Wire Shop Manufacturing Supervisor also serves as a technical resource for the department, supports new product introductions, participates in customer audits and facility tours, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

$74,520 - $87,120 /annually
