Production Supervisor

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations and ensure the seamless flow of production processes. In this role, you will oversee daily factory activities, coordinate teams on the production line, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily production & sanitation activities on the factory floor, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Coordinate and motivate assembly line teams to meet production goals efficiently and effectively
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and forklift equipment to support manufacturing operations as needed
• Monitor workflow, and implement process improvements to optimize productivity
• Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce safety policies, and promote a culture of safe working practices
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels, shipping schedules, and material handling
• Train new team members on manufacturing procedures, equipment operation, and safety procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience working in a food manufacturing facility or factory environment with hands-on food processing line involvement
• Experience in managing and operating automated packaging lines is a plus
• Prior 1-2 years of supervision experience in food manufacturing is required
• Warehouse experience including forklift operation certification is highly desirable
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control standards
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
