Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and lead our production operations in Bothell WA. The ideal candidate will ensure that manufacturing activities operate in a smooth and efficient manner through excellent planning, coordination, and supervision to meet site deliverables. In a fast-paced production environment, the supervisor is an integral member of the manufacturing team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching and enforcing policies, and procedures.
  • Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
  • Hold all team members fully accountable for their role in the final product in its quality and the efficiency with which it is produced.
Education/Experience:
  • Associate's degree in technical, engineering OR a combination of higher education and a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience in a relevant field of manufacturing
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) applications
  • Must be very knowledgeable in assembly sequences and methodologies for manual (hands-on) assembly systems.
