Salary :

$87,000-$120,000 annually Position Summary Parker Aerospace is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations, develop production teams, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. This role will be responsible for production performance, workforce planning, quality, safety, process improvement, and collaboration with Engineering and other cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop production employees while establishing a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. Plan and distribute workloads based on production priorities, staffing, materials, capacity, and business requirements. Develop employees through coaching, mentoring, training, cross-training, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs). Lead and support Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and waste-reduction initiatives. Analyze production data and direct observations to identify performance gaps and develop systemic improvement plans. Partner with Engineering on process improvements, new product introductions (NPI), and manufacturing readiness. Establish and maintain standardized work instructions and processes to improve process stability, productivity, and part flow. Monitor production schedules, capacity, staffing requirements, productivity targets, and material availability. Address quality issues and support corrective/preventive actions to improve product quality and reduce recurring issues. Participate in safety investigations, audits, and compliance activities while promoting a safe manufacturing environment. Track KPIs and production performance, identify trends, and implement actions to improve efficiency, cost, quality, and delivery. Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other support organizations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of manufacturing supervisory or production leadership experience. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, and structured problem-solving methodologies. Experience with Root Cause Analysis and corrective action processes. Demonstrated ability to analyze production data, capacity, staffing, and operational performance. Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and employee-development skills. Proficiency with computers and standard business applications. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Experience Aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing experience. Six Sigma, Lean, or related continuous improvement certification. Experience with NPI, process development, standardized work, and production optimization. Experience managing production schedules, capacity planning, material flow, and workforce allocation.
