Stone Fabrication Operations Manager Atlantic Tile and Granite Kent, WA Job Details Full-time $25 - $35 an hour 6 days ago Benefits Health insurance Qualifications Bilingual Process improvement Production planning Calendar management Full Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a Production & Operations Coordinator to oversee scheduling and workflow between templating, fabrication, and installation teams for a fast-paced stone fabrication company. This role is heavily involved in daily production coordination, shop operations, field scheduling, and project execution. The ideal candidate understands construction environments, can manage multiple active jobs simultaneously, and is comfortable working closely with fabrication and installation crews. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily schedules for templating, fabrication, deliveries, and installations. Work directly with shop crews and installers to maintain production flow. Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate material readiness and fabrication timelines. Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and clients regarding project scheduling. Assist in resolving field or production issues quickly and efficiently. Help manage workflow between office, shop, and field operations. Support quality control and project completion processes. Maintain organized job tracking and scheduling systems. Qualifications Experience in stone fabrication, cabinetry, construction, millwork, countertops, or related trades preferred. Strong scheduling and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously. Comfortable working in a production/shop environment. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, or installations is a plus. Bilingual is a plus. Experience in the field +2 years required
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
