PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR IN LACEY, WA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Kitchen Production to join our team in Lacey, Washington. This individual will be responsible for playing a key role in guiding our daily operations, ensuring a seamless flow of production from start to finish. In this role, you ll not only oversee kitchen processes but also take ownership of the preparation and execution of fresh salads and wraps, maintaining consistency, presentation, and high standards at every step. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, enjoy balancing hands-on involvement with leadership responsibilities, and take pride in creating systems that keep a kitchen running at its best. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $80,168/yearly Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Individual schedules are determined by volume and client needs. Weekend availability is required Located in Lacey, Washington Duties and Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily production activities. Conduct morning roll calls and pre-operational inspections. Ensure ingredient rotation and accuracy using our system. Keep production flowing efficiently and on schedule. Verify raw materials and maintain accurate batch records. Ensure the team follows recipes and ingredient guidelines. Monitor quality control, including weight checks and metal detector verifications. Supervise SKU changeovers and ensure proper cleaning procedures. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. HACCP Certification a plus. Previous experience with
USDA/FDA
a required. SQF Experience a plus. Ability to work independently and lead a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (32 - 36°F) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
