What We Offer Pay:

$70,200-$76,900 Overtime eligible Performance incentive program tied to safety, quality, & production What You Need 3+ years in production/manufacturing (food preferred) 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP & basic production processes Strong communication & leadership skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cold/wet production environment Able to lift 40 lbs and be on your feet most of the shift Shifts 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift (indicate your preference in your application).
