Meets regularly with the team leaders to communicate anticipated production sequences, to discuss potential production problems, and to provide opportunity for input on improvement of work processes and work flow. Job Description

We are seeking a Production Lead to oversee daily operations in a refrigerated food-processing facility that serves the retail and food-service industry.

7:00 AM start time
Days Off:
Sunday & Wednesday Key Responsibilities Line setup — Prepare production lines for efficient operation, assign workstations, and train staff. Sanitation oversight — Ensure equipment and production areas are cleaned during breaks, product changes, and shutdowns. Safety compliance — Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment. Food processing — Work alongside the team in chopping, slicing, weighing, and packaging food items. Quality monitoring — Check products for freshness, color, shape, temperature, and size specifications. Inventory accuracy — Use technology to track inventory and document production processes. Problem solving — Address issues quickly and communicate discrepancies to supervisors. Team leadership Qualifications Ability to store, label, and date incoming food products for maximum shelf life. Comfortable using technology for documentation and inventory tracking. Able to work independently and lead a team effectively. Experience in food production or manufacturing preferred.
