Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations and ensure the smooth, efficient, and safe production of high-quality products. In this vital role, you will oversee daily factory activities, coordinate assembly line processes, and manage a team of production workers. Your leadership will drive productivity, uphold safety standards, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement. Duties Supervise daily manufacturing operations on the factory floor, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely Coordinate and oversee assembly line activities, optimizing workflow and minimizing downtime Lead, motivate, and train production team members to maintain high performance standards Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including proper use of hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other equipment Conduct regular inspections of machinery and work areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports for tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels and facilitate smooth material flow throughout the facility Requirements Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with hands-on assembly line supervision Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in using hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation (certification preferred) Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly techniques Warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding inventory management and logistics Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and productivity Excellent communication skills to coordinate across departments and provide clear instructions Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks involving lifting or moving materials Join us as a Production Supervisor where your leadership fuels innovation!
