In this role, you will oversee daily bakery operations, ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality, and deliver exceptional baked goods and customer service. Your culinary experience will drive the success of our bakery department. Shifts for the department will be primarily 6am - 2pm. But can also be 9am - 5pm. Must be available to work on weekends and on Holidays. Duties Supervise bakery staff to ensure efficient production, packaging, and presentation of baked goods Oversee food handling procedures to maintain safety standards and comply with health regulations Coordinate baking schedules, monitor inventory levels, and manage ingredient ordering Assist with cake decorating, pastry creation, and other food preparation tasks Ensure proper packaging of products for freshness and presentation while minimizing waste Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace in accordance with food safety protocols Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Qualifications Proven experience in baking, pastry arts, or culinary roles within the food industry Strong skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques related to baking and food preparation Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with cake decorating is highly desirable Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience in a Bakery is required Join us as a Bakery Supervisor and bring your passion for baking and culinary excellence to life!
