TS Foods is a growing food manufacturer located in Burlington, WI. We are seeking a skilled hands on leader to oversee the flow of production and ensure accuracy of products. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Oversee production lines and give direction to Machine Operators and Packers, ensure accuracy of production paperwork, and act as the first point of contact for issues with personnel and production obstacles
• Serve as the liaison with Production Manager and management team
• Ensure products meet customer specifications
• Manage team scheduling and performance
• Assist on the production floor as needed
• Ensure daily efficiencies are met by the team and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and GMP's
• Complete and review daily production reports

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading a team in a manufacturing production environment
• Must be able to communicate effectively
