We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead production teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved. Monitor daily production to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. Conduct daily production floor walkthroughs and safety inspections. Enforce food safety, quality, HACCP, USDA, and company policies. Train employees on safe work practices, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). Analyze production performance, yields, downtime, and labor efficiencies. Partner with Operations and Maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime. Lead daily communication with production teams and facilitate regular team meetings. Identify process improvements that increase efficiency while reducing waste and operating costs. Ensure equipment is operating safely and production schedules are achieved. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, or a related field plus 2+ years of leadership experience , or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience leading, coaching, or supervising employees in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience improving production processes, efficiencies, and team performance. Ability to analyze production data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as business needs require. Ability to travel up to 5% . Preferred Qualifications Food manufacturing or food processing experience. Knowledge of HACCP, USDA, and food safety regulations. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, inventory systems, and production reporting. Bilingual skills are a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds . Comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, humid, and noisy manufacturing environments around moving equipment. Pay Details:
