Production Supervisor, 1st
Shift Location:
Southeastern Wisconsin (relocation package available)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | Day Shift (occasional Saturdays)
Employment Type:
Full-Time |
Onsite Compensation:
Up to $75K base + $10k potential bonus + merit increase + premium pay for weekend work

Available Our client is a large, well-established food manufacturing operation seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to lead production in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What youll be doing:
Lead and oversee second-shift production operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment Supervise, coach, and develop hourly production employees while promoting a strong safety culture Monitor production yields, efficiencies, and operational performance to meet production goals Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce downtime What youll need: Bachelors degree with 2+ years of relevant manufacturing leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience leading, training, coaching, or mentoring employees Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities SAP experience and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus Willingness to work overtime and weekends as business needs require Whats in it for you: Competitive base salary plus shift differential Annual bonus opportunity Relocation assistance for qualified candidates Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and sick time Long-term career growth with a stable, industry-leading manufacturing organization Apply now!
