Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and experienced Production Supervisors to oversee daily production at two facilities. Seeking hands-on supervisors on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Responsibilities Supervisor and coordinate production teams, providing clear instructions and support to optimize team performance. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, safety standards, and GMP regulations across production areas. Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining quality and food safety. Colloborate with team members on solving problems as they arise. Provide training to staff. Collaborate with management to develop staffing plans, monitor productivity metrics, and address operational challenges. Skills 2-4 years supervisor experience withing a manufacturing setting Skilled in communication and a people first approach. #
