Production Supervisor Pay:
Competitive, based on experience Lead a Team. Build Quality. Drive Results. We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our Dehumidification Assembly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical background who enjoys coaching employees, improving processes, and ensuring quality products are built safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with experience in manufacturing, carpentry, or mechanical assembly who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and support the team when needed. What You'll Do Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings to guide production. Supervise and support a team of assembly employees to meet daily production goals. Coordinate workflow, staffing, and priorities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. Foster a positive, accountable, and safety-focused work environment. Train, mentor, and develop employees while promoting continuous improvement. Assist with mechanical and electrical assembly troubleshooting as needed. Utilize basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to support production, training, and quality verification. Safely use ladders and ensure employees follow proper ladder and workplace safety procedures. Partner with Engineering, Production Planning, and Operations to resolve production challenges and improve efficiencies. What We're Looking For Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Background in carpentry, mechanical assembly, fabrication, industrial HVAC, or a related trade. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, and technical drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems. Experience with electrical wiring and electrical components. Proficiency using basic hand tools, power tools, and common measuring equipment. Ability to safely work from ladders and maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety. Proven ability to coordinate, motivate, and lead a team toward accomplishing shared production goals. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs with assistance when needed. Regularly bend, stoop, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders. Ability to safely operate basic hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment.
