Shift Location:

Germantown, WI As a Production Supervisor , you will lead shift operations to deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient production. This role ensures compliance with safety, food safety and quality standards while meeting production targets and developing a high-performing team. The operating hours are Sunday to Thursday, 11:00PM

• 7:30AM.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily production activities to meet volume, yield, and schedule targets. Promote and enforce safety, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory compliance. Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 18-20 operators. Monitor performance (OEE, downtime, waste) and drive improvements. Ensure accurate production, quality, and sanitation documentation. Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Planning to maintain operations. Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage staffing, training, and employee performance.

You Bring:

High school diploma + 5 years of leadership experience. OR Associate degree + 3 of leadership experience. OR Bachelor's degree + 2 of leadership experience. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in manufacturing, food safety, and continuous improvement preferred. Proficiency in basic computer tools (Excel, etc.). The salary scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. The salary range is $80,000

• 90,000.
