Job Description Job Description Schedule:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on our 2nd shift production team. This role is responsible for overseeing workflow, supporting employees on the production floor, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and helping the team achieve daily production goals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is comfortable managing people, solving problems, and keeping operations running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support production employees during daily operations Monitor workflow and staffing to ensure production goals are achieved Promote and enforce safety procedures and company policies Ensure employees follow quality standards and work instructions Train, coach, and assist team members as needed Address employee performance, attendance, and workplace concerns Coordinate shift activities and communicate production updates with management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with onboarding and training new employees Complete production reports and required documentation Troubleshoot and help resolve day-to-day production issues
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or production experience required Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to lead by example and promote teamwork
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or team leadership preferred Equivalent work experience will be considered
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and movement throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed

POL consists of 3 unique business, Spa cabinets, HDPE Lumber, and Outdoor Furniture. We operate 3 facilities, 2 in Pennsylvania and 1 in Wisconsin that support the three business. This position is to support RPI and will be based in Green Bay. Company Description
