Production Supervisor Green Bay, WI | $27/hour | 7:00 PM-7:00 AM About the Role The Production Supervisor is a hands-on manufacturing leader responsible for safety, quality, training, employee development, and productivity on the assigned shift. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role oversees daily floor operations and keeps production aligned with safety, quality, efficiency, and schedule expectations. This role requires mechanical aptitude, clear communication, data-driven performance management, and proven LEAN/process-improvement results. The supervisor coaches employees, improves equipment effectiveness, reduces waste and cost, and maintains a safe, clean, organized, non-climate-controlled work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production-floor operations, including scheduling, staffing, training, troubleshooting, assigning duties, and monitoring work
• Complete, review, and submit production, process, and quality reports to management
• Coach and develop team members, conduct performance evaluations, track KPIs, and implement performance improvement plans as required
• Coordinate departmental activities to meet schedules, improve overall equipment effectiveness, and reduce operating costs
• Work across departments to improve productivity and quality standards and meet customer requirements
• Lead continuous improvement efforts, reduce waste and cost, and sustain standard work, 6S, and TPM practices
• Use mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot production issues and support forklift and material-handling activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work environment and communicate technical information clearly to management and production employees Required Qualifications
• Three years of experience leading manufacturing teams and a high school diploma
• Proven track record using LEAN and process-improvement methodologies
• Experience understanding and communicating production metrics and KPIs, including corrective action resolution
• Effective communication and project-management skills, including translating technical information for different audiences
• Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes and techniques, with strong mechanical aptitude
• Forklift and material-handling experience
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee, department, and company business
• Valid driver's license and ability to work 7:00 PM-7:00 AM plus overtime as needed Preferred Qualifications
• Further related education beyond high school
• Proven LEAN Kaizen experience
