Strategically plan and coordinate material flow and resources to optimize production efficiency and meet output targets Champion a culture of excellence by upholding stringent quality standards and ensuring compliance with all food safety protocols Initiate and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance procedures, methods, and equipment effectiveness Serve as a key liaison across departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration The background of the successful candidate must include the following: 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or food production environment A high level of organizational and communication skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team Experience working in a union environment and with conflict resolution is preferred Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) A solid work history A US citizen or Green Card holder
