This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement while ensuring production goals are achieved. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise hourly production employees on assigned shift Drive a strong safety culture, including LOTO, PPE, and safe work practices Manage staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, and employee performance Monitor production metrics including throughput, yields, efficiencies, and downtime Partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and HR teams to achieve plant objectives Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste Maintain accurate production documentation and operational reporting Qualifications 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and quality systems Proven leadership, coaching, and employee development skills Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
