What you will be doing Review operations & efficiency to assure production standards Coordinate plant operations & resolve functional area challenges Evaluation & documentation of current processes Leadership, coaching and guidance of the team Cooperation and teamwork with production leadership Who We are looking for Provides excellent customer service Leads change & innovation Works collaboratively Delivers impactful results Develops our people Understands Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and quality principles 2 to 4 years' experience in a related role Spanish fluency 4Front Engineered Solutions is a leader in the door and docking industry.
