Manufacturing / Foundry Operations Take the Lead in a Hands-On Manufacturing Environment! We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Foundry Supervisor to lead day-to-day production activities in a fast-paced foundry environment. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who knows how to keep production moving, develop employees, maintain quality standards, and meet customer deadlines. The ideal candidate is a strong floor leader with previous manufacturing supervisory experience . Foundry experience is highly preferred and will distinguish top candidates. Key Responsibilities Supervise and provide daily direction to production employees. Schedule and coordinate work assignments based on production priorities. Provide clear work instructions and expectations to team members. Monitor production schedules, backlogs, deadlines, and customer requirements. Attend weekly production meetings and provide department updates. Ensure products meet established quality and performance standards. Expedite priority jobs to maintain production and delivery schedules. Train, coach, develop, and motivate employees. Delegate responsibilities and ensure accountability across the department. Identify opportunities for process and productivity improvements. Work closely with Maintenance to ensure equipment, machinery, and tools are operating effectively. Develop and document consistent departmental processes and procedures. Promote and enforce workplace safety practices. Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 7-10 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Foundry experience is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of manufacturing and production operations. Knowledge of continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies. Strong leadership, coaching, and employee-development skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with employees across different departments and experience levels. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lead and implement process-improvement projects. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
