Responsibilities :
Develop, implement, and track daily, weekly, and monthly objectives to achieve sales, quality, and timely delivery goals. Maintain open communication with team members, offering guidance, training, and constructive feedback. Organize workflow, assign responsibilities, and prepare schedules to optimize production efficiency. Coach and oversee employees to enhance performance and productivity. Ensure safe operation of equipment and schedule regular maintenance. Monitor production outputs against specifications and implement corrective actions to improve processes. Prepare and maintain performance and progress reports for individual employees and departments. Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements, implementing continuous improvement strategies. Recruit, interview, select, orient, and train new employees while fostering personal growth opportunities. Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs and evaluating new equipment and techniques. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping protocols. Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure employee safety, smooth material flow, product quality, and on-time delivery. Uphold environmental obligations and adhere to
ISO 9001
2015 requirements. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 50lbs. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications :
+3 years of proven experience as a Manufacturing or Production Supervisor with full responsibility for a department and group of employees. Familiarity with various manufacturing machinery and tools (grinders, lathes, CNCs, inspection equipment, etc). Strong understanding of and preference for Lean manufacturing and 5S principles. Proficiency in MS Office and advanced organizational and leadership skills. High School Diploma required; a degree in a technical, engineering, or relevant field is advantageous.

Manufacturing Benefits:
$60,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
