Saelens Corporation, home of the Diamond Precision brand, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in our precision metal manufacturing facility. In this role, you will coordinate production schedules, assign work, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery targets are met. You will coach and develop production teams, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles. Collaborating closely with engineering, quality, and maintenance, you'll help resolve issues quickly and support a culture of innovation, accountability, and precision-focused manufacturing excellence.
