The Production Supervisor will lead and support a highly trained team while overseeing day-to-day operations for the assigned shift. This role is responsible for driving production efficiency, safety, quality, and team performance, while working cross-functionally with other departments to meet facility goals. Schedule (Two Opportunities) 1stShift:
5:00 AM - 5:00 PM (2-2-3 rotating schedule) 2ndShift:
5:00 PM - 5:00 AM Key Responsibilities Manage, coach, and develop team members to drive performance and success Ensure manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the assigned shift Collaborate with other departments and shift leaders to meet operational goals Enforce all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Promote and maintain a strong safety culture for all employees Troubleshoot production issues and partner with Maintenance as needed Communicate shift performance, production updates, and challenges to leadership Support planning efforts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a food manufacturing environment Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills Highly motivated with a proactive and hands-on approach Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and support production operations Experience with data management systems and production reporting Solid understanding of GMPs and food safety standards Strong problem-solving skills and a leadership mindset What's in It for You Competitive compensation Excellent benefits package Opportunity for growth within a respected and stable food manufacturer Supportive, team-oriented culture with strong leadership Dymeria Guillory Search Consultant • gpacManufacturing Call/Text:
