Wisconsin , Onalaska Job Description gpac is working with an established company that is seeking two Production Supervisors — one for 1st shift and one for the night shift — in Vernon County, Wisconsin. This well-established food manufacturing facility has been producing fresh, locally processed, high-quality products for over 100 years. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where you can truly influence culture, performance, and team development.
What You'll Own:
Lead, coach, and develop production teams to drive shift performance Ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, QA, and other shift leaders Enforce GMPs, food safety standards, and company policies Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture Troubleshoot operational challenges and drive resolution in real time Communicate shift performance metrics, planning needs, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in food manufacturing (dairy experience preferred but not required) Proven ability to lead teams and hold accountability Strong understanding of GMPs and food safety compliance Experience working with production data and reporting systems Mechanically inclined and capable of operating production equipment Motivated, solutions-driven, and a clear communicator What's In It for
