Job Description
Extension Recruiting is looking for Production Supervisors for our client in Oshkosh, our ideal candidate will be a proven leader with 5+ years of manufacturing experience, able to provide production support, planning, and training, while also leading production activities in a fast-paced environment! Responsibilities Lead daily production activities Supervise teams in several different departments Provide support for scheduling, training, hiring, and planning Monitor production metrics Support operational improvements and cost reduction initiatives Qualifications 5+ years of manufacturing experience 2+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership Experience in Metal Fabrication, Machining, or Coating is required AAS in production management or related field is a plus High School Diploma or GED required Advanced data entry and excel skills are a plus
