Job Description
Production SupervisorPosition Overview The Judge Group is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations, support employee success, and ensure production schedules and customer commitments are met. This role combines people leadership, problem-solving, production execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations and achieve production goals. Ensure customer delivery commitments are met. Assign employees effectively and coordinate training and development. Resolve production, staffing, scheduling, and workflow challenges. Promote a safe, fair, and inclusive work environment. Communicate regularly with employees and management. Partner with Scheduling, Engineering, Purchasing, Shipping, and other operational teams. Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of progressive supervisory experience in manufacturing. Associate degree in Business, Supervision, or related field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
