Full Job Description General Position Overview:

Directs and coordinates activities concerned with production of customer promotional products utilizing knowledge of production methods, engineering and equipment. General Accountabilities include:

Schedule Orders & Appropriate Staffing Accurately Process Paperwork in the Computer System Ensure Proper Inventory & Material Levels for Production Needs Accurate Lot Management to Ensure Traceability Directing the Work Activities of VAS Staff Assure All Policies & Procedures are Followed Monitor Employee Performance & Coach for Improvement Participate in the Hiring, Onboarding, and Training Process Participate in Time Studies, Estimates, & Bids on Potential Customer Projects Participate in Off-hours Meetings & Training Other duties as assigned by management
