Join us! 2nd Shift Production Supervisor As the 2nd Shift Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for 2nd shift operations and direct shift administrative tasks at the Plymouth Production facility. Position reports to the Production Manager. Create and adjust daily personnel and production schedules to meet production demand. Monitor, adjust, and correct employee time keeping punches in UKG Pro. Approve and reject vacation requests based on customer demands and line capacity. Communicate job codes and punch procedures to production team. Ensure depth charts are up-to-date and communicate with Supervisor on all current and future scheduling needs. Make necessary adjustments for scheduling and allocations in ERP Computer System. Audit and implement training checklists. Ensure administration of MSLOTO documentation. Monitor and schedule MSLOTO Audits. Evaluate and complete non-conformance forms for raw materials. Lead and assist in investigations to identify problem sources related to scheduling and downtime and make decisions regarding solutions to those problems. Assist in root cause analysis for safety, quality, and production-related events. Assist Production Supervisor in any duties related to their position as requested. Perform other duties as assigned by Production Manager, Vice President
