Manufacturing Delegation Full Job Description Job title Production Supervisor Reports to Director of Operations Job purpose O & H Danish Bakery , a fourth-generation family owned business, is seeking a qualified individual to assist with the baking, packaging and icing teams in a high volume, fast paced environment. We are seeking candidates that love to work in the foodservice industry and who are able to manage multiple employees.

Availability:

Full time positions available Essential Job Duties and responsibilities Ensure that all workers on teams are trained and adhere to the company's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) Ensure that all workers on teams are trained and adhere to the company's HACCP and other food safety procedures Quality Auditing to ensure company standards Editing Efficiency goals and reporting them in team meetings New Employee training Identifying team member's strengths to utilize in different areas of the team Identifying Bottle necks before they occur Uses time efficiently, including but not limited to downtime Ability to work alongside team members Provide direction to and resolve problems amongst employees Displays confidence and positivity , accepting responsibility for your team Balances team and individual responsibilities; Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views Able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives Reacts well under pressure If you have the following skill set, then we'd love to hear from you: At O & H Danish Bakery, we strive to make working for our company a great experience.
