Join the team at J.W. Jung Seed Company , an industry leader in mail-order and retail gardening. With six garden centers across Wisconsin, Jung Seed Company ships thousands of quality seeds, plants, and gardening accessories to all 50 states. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Seed Processing Supervisor to support our Seed Department with maintaining bulk inventory, creating and processing work orders and overseeing a team.

What You'll Do:

Maintain accurate records of bulk seed inventory Create and process work orders to support production needs across multiple product lines Supervise and coordinate a team of approximately 12-15 employees Ensure production goals and deadlines are met in a timely manner Plan and allocate weekly workload to maintain efficiency across all production areas Provide cross-functional support Handle miscellaneous tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Other duties as assigned
