Proven ability to lead with a servant leadership mindset. Proven leadership capabilities in a team environment, including coaching, mentoring, and supervision. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Nice toHave:
1-3 years of experience in a medium/high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on safety practices. Previous manufacturing supervision experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations. Relevant professional, internship, or co-op experience. Basic understanding of process control, production scheduling, Kaizen, Kanban, and Lean manufacturing.Pay:
$71,000.00 - $80,000.00 per hourBenefits:
