Extension Inc. is hiring a hands-on Production Supervisor on behalf of our client in Ripon, Wisconsin. This is a key leadership role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, responsible for overseeing daily production operations, supporting frontline teams, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met. This is a highly visible, floor-based leadership position where you will take ownership of assigned production areas, actively support your team, and help ensure smooth, efficient manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production activities to ensure production schedules are met safely, efficiently, and on time Lead, coach, and develop production employees to meet performance, quality, and productivity expectations Ensure full compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety standards, and all company policies and procedures Monitor production performance, including downtime, output, scrap, and material usage Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to quickly resolve issues and maintain production flow Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment at all times Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing, 5S, and waste reduction efforts Manage employee scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, and performance management Conduct regular floor checks and equipment inspections to ensure proper operation and safety compliance Hold team members accountable for safety, attendance, quality, and performance standards
