About Mod Tech Industries Mod Tech Industries (MTI) is a production machining company specializing in precision machining of gray and ductile iron castings, including post heat-treated Austempered Ductile Iron (ADI) up to Grade 4. We also machine steel forgings and a wide range of alloy bar stock. While Wisconsin is widely known as the "Dairy State," Northeast Wisconsin is also recognized as a major hub for metal casting and foundry operations. Located in Shawano, MTI operates in close proximity to many well-established foundries, allowing us to build long-standing partnerships across the region. Our modern, 150,000-square-foot facility, situated on 9 acres, is designed to support current production needs while allowing room for future growth. Production Supervisor Production Machining Facility We are seeking an experienced individual to lead and troubleshoot CNC machining operations. This position is responsible for shop floor organization and decision-making and requires a proactive approach. You will report directly to the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will support our education program and demonstrate strong communication skills. A thorough understanding of horizontal, vertical, and turning equipment is required.
