The Opportunity We're growing, and 2nd shift is where a lot of that growth will happen. We're hiring now so the right person has time to learn our people, our processes, and our customers before we expand, and then help build the shift as it grows. This role calls for proven leadership, a safety-first attitude, and a strong quality mindset. You'll solve problems on the floor and build a reliable, accountable team. We want a forward thinker who will still roll up their sleeves and work production when needed. 2015 quality procedures; address nonconformances and drive corrective actions Coordinate shift handoffs with 1st shift and work closely with the Plant Manager, leads, engineering, and quality Track shift output and job data and report on results Help recruit, train, and onboard as 2nd shift grows with our expansion What We're Looking For 5+ years of supervisory experience Metal fabrication experience (laser, press brake, welding, or machining) preferred Comfortable handling conflict head-on while earning your team's respect Self-driven and confident being the senior leader on site with minimal oversight Forward thinker who isn't afraid to jump into production when the shift needs it Strong quality mindset: you take ownership of getting it right the first time and hold your team to the same standard Safety-first mindset Clear written and verbal communication Experience with
