Job Description

Construction Line Supervisor / Foreman Stratford Homes LP Full-Time | 40+ hours/week Summary At Stratford Homes, we're not just constructing modular homes—we're creating opportunities, careers, and communities. The Production Line Supervisor manages team members in the production of modular home building, applying Training Within Industry (TWI) methodologies to optimize processes in areas such as rough framing, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, trimming, and detail finishing. What You'll Do Lead and supervise production teams across all phases of modular home construction, including framing, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, and finishing Read and interpret blueprints, material lists, and production guidelines Apply Training Within Industry (TWI) methods to train team members and ensure consistent, high-quality work Assign tasks, monitor progress, and keep projects on schedule Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve strong results Coach and develop team members; address performance and resolve workplace issues Enforce safety standards, company policies, and proper documentation Support incident response and first aid processes as needed Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED 5 years of experience in a production/construction environment Experience in residential or commercial construction Strong leadership and team management skills Preferred Experience training and developing team members Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles Familiarity with TWI methodologies Core Competencies Leadership & Team Building Residential Construction Expertise Communication & Collaboration Project Management Decision-Making & Problem Solving (Root Cause Analysis) Time Management & Attention to Detail Work Environment & Physical Requirements The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Full-time position, 40+ hours per week Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM
