Job Description

As a Production Supervisor, you'll take ownership of production performance, quality, on-time delivery, safety, training, and day-to-day leadership of your department. Doing:
Drive daily production performance: Own safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance for daily operations, ensuring high product quality and on-time delivery. Leverage lean manufacturing principles and data-driven decision making to meet customer commitments, manage new and past-due orders, and support a zero-defect mindset. Lead, coach, and develop production teams: Build and develop high-performing teams by providing clear expectations, coaching, and growth opportunities. Foster shared accountability, support performance management, and play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
Champion a culture of safety:
Serve as a visible safety leader by promoting a proactive, continuous-improvement mindset. Partner with Environmental, Health, and Safety to address incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions that protect employees and support a safe workplace.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent education and experience. Prior supervision experience in a manufacturing environment required. Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all internal stakeholders and customers. Authorized to work in the United States.
