We're building highly responsive manufacturing cells designed to to serve thousands of customers across the United States with speed, precision, and consistency. What is the Position? PartsBadger is seeking a Floor Lead to support and guide day-to-day operations within our Fastlane Program. This role is focused on keeping smooth production flow, operator support, and execution of established processes on the shop floor. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail oriented, fast-moving, and thrives in a constantly changing manufacturing environment. This position reports to the Fastlane Program Manager.

Average Annual Growth Rate Work Environment:
PartsBadger is a relaxed, casual work environment located in West Bend and Cedarburg, WI. PartsBadger maintains AS9100 and ISO9001:2015 certifications. Our West Bend location boasts 20,000 sqft dedicated to our advanced manufacturing (FastLane) program, and 15,000 sq. ft in Cedarburg that blends office and production space. We are a job shop with a large variety of part types, sizes and quantities. We work with almost every material available including steels, aluminums, exotics, plastics and more. We continue to develop the layout of our space for idea generation and collaborative work.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Day to
Day Floor Support:
Handling exceptions, issues, and operator needs Directing activities on the floor Ensuring work is on schedule, to spec, and processes are being followed. Issuing Tickets and Coordinating with Programmers Employee training Coordinate training needs and schedule with Fastlane Manager & HR Training staff in processes Deploy new systems/processes as required Ensure shop is organized and maintained
Keyence IM Program Editing Kitting Jobs:
Tooling, workholding and material Create purchase orders as needed Coordinate any machine repairs and machine maintenance Coordinate tooling and supplies need Management Managing Jobs in ERP and running the scheduler Participate in interviews and advise hiring decisions with HR. Supervise employee training needs, coordinate with HR Prepare for, participate in, and facilitate customer tours
Required Qualifications:
Ability to quickly learn new applications (Keyence) Experience with Haas Machines Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Machining Industry tooling knowledge 3+ Years Machining Experience GD&T Knowledge Ability to Lead in a Machine Shop Setting Ability to
