The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of oilfield production water operations and possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. This position requires the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer relationships and supporting field personnel. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee daily production water hauling operations. Monitor tank levels, production volumes, and customer needs to ensure timely service. Dispatch and manage drivers, equipment, and daily work schedules. Maintain constant communication with field personnel, customers, and management. Respond to changing field conditions and adjust schedules to maximize efficiency. Ensure all operations comply with company policies, customer expectations, and state and federal regulations. Conduct routine field visits to support drivers, inspect operations, and identify opportunities for improvement. Assist with training, mentoring, and evaluating drivers. Monitor equipment utilization and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed. Review daily reports, tickets, and operational documentation for accuracy. Investigate and resolve operational issues, customer concerns, and field emergencies. Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and professionalism. Participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours operational support as needed. Qualifications Extensive experience in oilfield production water operations is required. Strong understanding of production water hauling, disposal facilities, tank monitoring, and field logistics. Proven leadership and supervisory experience managing field personnel. Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with dispatching, scheduling, and fleet coordination is preferred. Working knowledge of DOT regulations, oilfield safety standards, and industry best practices. Proficient with computers, smartphones, and operational software. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Schedule This is a full-time position supporting a 24/7 oilfield operation.
