Foreman What We Offer Competitive Pay:

Starting wages range from $35 to $40 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, some Saturdays required. Overtime as necessary. What We're Looking For Ability to assign tasks, communicate priorities, and support daily operations. Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to meeting quality and production standards. Willingness to provide performance feedback and uphold company policies. Strong commitment to promoting and enforcing safe work practices. Basic math proficiency and comfort using computer programs and data tools.
